Cooperation Agreement was signed on June 16, 2008 between Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) and International Finance Corporation (IFC) regarding making consulting services on the direction of expanding of access possibilities of Fund to functional and finance market, increasing of its investment alluring and defining of its future juridical status. Consulting service is consists of two phases – defining of strategical directions of Fund’s future development and preparing of business plan. Execution of project is performing by Frankfurt School of Finance and Management selected by IFC on the basis of tender.
