The age of the debtor or joint debtor should not be below the level of retirement age for the last payment date of the loan (for males 62, for females 57). That means, if debtor is 50 years old to the moment of the concluding credit contract, then the length of the contract can not exceed 12 years.

No restriction is set.

Mortgage deed – is a named security defining the mortgage right. However mortgage loan is a security of the debt emitted with the purpose of attracting financial means and secured with the mortgage (immovable property).

Mortgage deed is concluded between mortgagor and mortgagee and registered by the government. However, the mortgage is emitted by the mortgagee.
